Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment Ltd. and Twentieth Century Fox Film Company Ltd. ("Fox") are companies within the worldwide film studio, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation ("Twentieth Century Fox"), which carry on the business of distributing in your country movies and TV product via cinemas, and on video and DVD. The movies and TV product Fox distribute is produced primarily by Twentieth Century Fox but also by other entities such as Pathe and MGM. Twentieth Century Fox itself is ultimately owned by News Corporation and within that large group of companies are many wide-ranging businesses such as newspapers and TV stations. Fox set out in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use and share personally identifiable information (“PII” -- that is, information such as your full name, email address, mailing address or telephone number) we obtain from and about individuals through this website and from sms or other media. By using this website you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
From time to time Fox may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, technology or industry initiatives. Therefore, you should review it periodically so that you are up to date on our most current policies and practices.
COLLECTION: COLLECTION OF PII BY FOX
General. Fox collect PII only in order to create or enhance our relationship with you. When we collect PII from you it is because you are voluntarily submitting the information to us in order to participate in activities like competitions, contests, games, surveys, forums, subscription registrations, content or suggestions you submit to us, chats or bulletin boards, or because you want us to furnish you with products, services or information. On those occasions when we obtain PII from a third party, we use only reputable sources of such information.
Cookies. Cookies are small bits of
information that the Internet sites operated by Fox may place on the
hard drive of your computer. Cookies remember information about your
activities on our site(s) and enable Fox to make your visits to our
site(s) more enjoyable. For example, cookies can store your password
for easy logon to a site you have previously visited or can save your
preferences for a personalized home page. The cookie itself does not
contain PII.
Third party advertisements displayed on Internet site(s) operated by Fox may also contain cookies. Fox do not control these advertiser cookies and visitors to our website(s) should check the privacy policy of the advertiser to see whether and how it uses cookies.

CHOICE: FOX WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH CHOICES ABOUT THE USE OF YOUR PII
Fox will provide you with the opportunity to choose whether your PII may be used for purposes different from the purpose for which it was submitted. You will also be able to choose whether your information is shared with companies that are not affiliated with Fox.
USE: FOX’S USE OF PII
Fox will use your PII in a manner that is consistent with this
Policy and only for the purpose for which it is submitted, unless other
uses are disclosed at the time of collection and you allow us to use
your information in these other ways. Fox will use your PII to send
you information on selected promotions and events tailored to your
interests. For example, we may send you email newsletters, product
announcements and website updates, information on local celebrity
events or premieres, or invite you to screenings, or to enter into
competitions or participate in research surveys, or if you have entered
a competition, to inform you about the prize(s) that you have won.
We are part of the News Corporation group of companies and are owned
by companies based in the United States. In order to properly manage
the information you give to us, we will be transferring your
information for storage and processing purposes to servers located in
the United States. We will, however, ensure that security of your PII
is maintained in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
Those entities which are part of News Corporation are affiliated with us and Fox may share your PII with these, including those outside the EEA. Fox may also share your PII with companies that are not affiliated with us, again including companies outside the EEA. We will ask you if you would like to receive information about Fox's, and our affiliate companies, products and services. We will separately ask if you would like to receive it from carefully selected third parties. Having decided to receive this information you will always have the opportunity to instruct us in future if you no longer wish to receive it.

Fox employees, agents and contractors must have a legitimate business reason to obtain access to your PII. Unless otherwise agreed with you, if Fox obtain PII from a third
party, such as a business partner, our use of this information is
governed by this Policy.
Fox may be required to disclose PII to comply with legal
requirements, such as a court order, and to protect the safety and
security of visitors to our websites.
SECURITY: FOX PROTECTS THE SECURITY OF PII
Fox
use reasonable administrative, technical, personnel and physical
measures to safeguard PII in its possession against loss, theft and
unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. In addition, Fox use
reasonable methods to make sure that PII is accurate, up-to-date and
appropriately complete.
ACCESS: HOW TO ACCESS, CORRECT OR DELETE YOUR PII

at any time after submitting your personal information to us you wish
to review or amend the PII regarding you which Fox holds, please

Bd-Live Privacy Policy

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC ("Fox" or "we") operates this BD-Live service and related websites. This Privacy Policy describes FoxÕs use and sharing of personally identifiable information ("PII"-- such as your full name, email address, birth date, and postal code) that Members voluntarily provide to Fox when they register (also known as "Registration PII"). The Term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. This Privacy Policy applies to the services offered by Fox, including any Fox-branded URL or web server (the "Fox Website"), and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by Fox in connection with the Fox Website (collectively, the "Fox Services"). The Fox Services are hosted in the United States.
The Fox Website is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect PII from children under 13 years of age.
From time to time Fox may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect industry initiatives or changes in the law, our PII collection and use practices, the features of the Fox Services, or technology, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting by Fox on the Fox Website. Your continued use of the Fox Services after Fox posts a revised Privacy Policy signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. It is therefore important that you review this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes. If Fox materially changes its practices regarding collection or use of your PII, your PII will continue to be governed by the Policy under which it was collected unless you have been provided notice of, and have not objected to, the change.
COLLECTION: COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF PII AND NON-PII
General. When Fox collects PII from you it is because you are voluntarily submitting Registration PII to us in order to register as a Member of Fox. Fox may also collect PII from you if you choose to participate in Fox Services activities like sweepstakes, contests, and surveys, because you want us to furnish you with products, services, newsletters, or information, or in connection with content or suggestions you submit to Fox for review.
In addition, Fox collects other non-PII including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type. This data is used to manage and improve the Fox Services, track usage, and for security purposes.
Cookies.Cookies are small bits of information that Fox places on your BD-Live capable machine. Fox uses cookies to identify your Internet browser, store UsersÕ preferences, and determine whether you have installed the enabling software needed to access certain material on the Fox Services. Data in cookies may be read to authenticate user sessions or provide services.
Third party advertisements displayed on Fox Services may also contain cookies set by Internet advertising companies or advertisers (known as "third party cookies"). Fox does not control these third party cookies and Users of the Fox Services should check the privacy policy of the Internet advertising company or advertiser to see whether and how it uses cookies.
You can program your computer to warn you each time a cookie is being sent, block third party cookies or block all cookies. However, by blocking all cookies you may not have access to certain features on the Fox Services.

Fox Services may also be linked to sites operated by companies affiliated with Fox (i.e., that are part of the News America Group: "Affiliated Companies"). Although all Affiliated Companies adhere to the News America corporate Privacy Principles, Users who visit those Affiliated Company sites should still refer to their separate privacy policies and practices, which may differ in some respects from this Privacy Policy.
Fox may use cookies and similar tools to customize the content and advertising you receive based on the Profile Information you have provided.
CHOICE: FOX WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH CHOICES ABOUT THE USE OF YOUR PII
Except as described in this Privacy Policy, Fox will get your permission before we use the PII you provide to us in a way that is inconsistent with the purpose for which it was submitted or share your PII with third parties that are not affiliated with Fox.
USE: FOX'S USE OF PII
Fox will only use the PII you provide under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If Fox obtains PII from a third party, such as a business partner, our use of that information is also governed by this Privacy Policy.
If you have consented to receive promotional materials (e.g., newsletters) or notifications from Fox, Fox may periodically use your email address to send you such materials related to the Fox Services, as applicable. If you want to stop receiving such materials from Fox, you can change your profile settings under "Account Settings," or follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
Fox employees, agents and contractors must have a business reason to obtain access to your PII. Fox may share your PII with those who help us manage or provide Fox ServicesÕ information activities (for example, message board administration, order fulfillment, statistical analyses, data processing), or with outside contractors, agents or sponsors who help us with the administration, judging and prize fulfillment aspects of contests, promotions and sweepstakes.
These outside contractors, agents or sponsors may store some information on their servers, but they may only use your PII to provide Fox with a specific service and not for any other purpose. Fox may also provide your PII to a third party in those instances where you have chosen to receive certain information and have been notified that the fulfillment of such a request requires the sharing of your PII. Fox also may share your PII with Affiliated Companies if it has a business reason to do so.
There may be instances when Fox may access or disclose PII, Profile Information or non-PII without providing you a choice in order to: (i) protect or defend the legal rights or property of Fox, our Affiliated Companies or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements); (ii) protect the safety and security of Users of the Fox Services or members of the public including acting in urgent circumstances; (iii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; or (iv) comply with the law or legal process. In addition, if Fox sells all or part of its business or makes a sale or transfer of all or a material part of its assets or is otherwise involved in a merger or transfer of all or a material part of its business, Fox may transfer your PII to the party or parties involved in the transaction as part of that transaction.
When a Member who is located in the European Union chooses to post information that will be publicly disclosed, that Member is responsible for ensuring that such information conforms to all local data protection laws. Fox is not responsible under the EU local data protection laws for Member-posted information.

Fox uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to safeguard PII and credit card information in its possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. ACCESS: REMEDIES AND COMPLIANCE: HOW TO ACCESS, CORRECT OR CHANGE YOUR PREFERENCES REGARDING YOUR PII AND HOW TO CONTACT FOX ABOUT PRIVACY CONCERNS
Whenever possible, Fox Members may review the Registration PII we maintain about them in our records. We will take reasonable steps to correct any PII a Member informs us is incorrect.
If you ask Fox to stop using your PII, Fox will honor that request while retaining any record of your PII that is necessary to comply with applicable federal, state or local law.
