Nelly & Monsieur Arnaud

Struggling to pay off mounting debts Nelly (Béart) meets Mr Arnaud (Serrault) a retired judge 40 years her senior who offers to clear her bills. She reluctantly accepts his offer and decides to leave her lazy unemployed husband for good. Nelly then takes a job with Arnaud typing up his memoirs and gradually their friendship grows into a barely acknowledged intimacy.
